Psychrometric Intelligence
Continuous monitoring of ambient temperature and relative humidity. Nimbus OS maintains a psychrometric state model and forecasts expected water output based on current and predicted conditions — alerting operators before low-RH events reduce yield.

GSM / 4G Telemetry
Every Water Block transmits live data via SIM800L — no Wi-Fi dependency, no site network required. Readings arrive every 47 seconds to the Nimbus cloud. Units deployed in deserts, islands, and remote industrial sites stay fully visible.

Predictive Maintenance
Nimbus OS tracks cumulative compressor runtime, filter service hours, and anomalous power draw patterns. Maintenance alerts surface before failures occur. Service engineers receive notifications with unit ID, GPS location, and fault context.

Litre-Level Water Accounting
Water output is calculated via pump time telemetry — 60 seconds pump runtime equals 2 litres produced. Cumulative readings are logged and timestamped. For WaaS deployments, this data is the billing record — accurate to the litre, tamper-evident, cloud-backed.

GPS Fleet Tracking

The ESP32 gives Nimbus OS dual-core processing for simultaneous sensor monitoring and telemetry transmission. The SHT45 is a precision psychrometric sensor accurate to ±1% RH. The DS18B20 tracks water temperature throughout the collection and purification process.
